The Multifunctional Neurological Rehabilitation Centre is situated in the district "Berioza" (Birch) in Samara city. This Centre is unique not only for the Samara Region, but also for all Russia.

The Centre was open on 15.02.2002, and was registered as a Noncommercial Partnership. Its founders are the Samara Region Administration Department of Social Protection, the Samara Public Organization of PwMS, and the Joint-Stock Company "Aviagorod".

The Multifunctional Neurological Centre plays a very big role in the rehabilitation of disabled people with multiple sclerosis. During the period since September 2003, 117 disabled PwMS had received the course of rehabilitation that makes 23% of the total number of realized permits to the State Institution "the Multifunctional Neurological Centre".
