Some People with Multiple Sclerosis cannot go outdoors and
stay at home for several years. Almost 80% of PwMS in Russia have attended any
cultural public event more than 5 years ago for the last time. Less than 5% of
disabled PwMS receive complex social and medical services.
However, at the creation of appropriate social atmosphere and medical maintenance
for this category of people, alongside with adequate general treatment, it can
be achieved 15 and even 20 years increase in duration of active life of PwMS
